Work closely with company management and users to collect problems that need to be solved that meet the expectations and desires of the setter.

Analyze and coordinate with the Dev team to find feasible options and the most suitable solution

Develop specification documents for the project

Outline the project timeline, clearly dividing tasks, work items that need to be done, progress, and completion date

Coordinate with IT Manager to divide appropriate tasks for members of the dev team, based on each person's abilities and strengths.

Check progress, urge dev or related department to resolve the issue quickly

Other tasks as directed by management.

At least 2 years of experience

Have experience working in fields such as Ecommerce - POD, fintech, logistics, CRM, employee management...

Having experience working with Figma, Jira, Larksuite, Wireframe, Draw... is an advantage

Have a bachelor's or master's degree related to information technology, economics or a related field

Having one of the CBAP, PBA, CCBA... certificates is a big advantage

Good communication, presentation and information transmission skills

English: read and understand technical documents well

Salary $600 - $1200
