Site Reliability Engineer

Job requirements:

1. Education, knowledge and professional qualifications:

- Graduated from university majoring in Information Technology

- Ability to read and understand technical English documents

2. Experience:

- Proficient in using Jenkins

- Have experience working with basic database management systems (Query/Insert/Update...), especially

SQL Server

- Proficient in using Windows/Linux

- At least 1 year of experience operating production environment systems.

- Priority is given to candidates with experience using Docker, Rancher, ArgoCD, Pam, Vault, grafana, ELK stack...

- Priority is given to candidates with programming experience (.Net, Php, Python, Nodejs...)

3. Necessary skills for the job:

- Hardworking, careful, responsible and proactive in work.

- Have good thinking, synthesis and analysis abilities

- Withstand high work pressure

Job description:

1. Main tasks:

- Deploy package releases to the production environment

- Create, build and monitor metrics/dashboard health-checks of the system/application

- Monitor and handle system/application warnings

- Carry out other support requests of the development team

2. Some other information:

- Develop operational documents

- Perform other jobs/tasks as requested by managers

- Receive additional training on DevOps-related skills
